כירופרקטיקה (Chiropractic מיוונית: "כירו" – ידיים, "פרקטיקה" - ביצוע) היא שיטת טיפול ברפואה משלימה, המיועדת לאבחן ולטפל בבעיות מכניות של עמוד השדרה ומערכת השריר-שלד, במטרה להשפיע על מערכת העצבים, ולשפר את הבריאות. השיטה מבוססת על ההנחה כי בעיות במפרקי עמוד השדרה עלולות להשפיע על מערכת העצבים, ולגרום למגוון בעיות בריאותיות. בסיס הטיפול סובב סביב העיקרון של פתרון הבעיות המכניות בעמוד השדרה על ידי טיפול ידני, מתיחות, התעמלות מתקנת ועוד. דרך הטיפול אינה פולשנית.
